THE HACKNEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 200 

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to introduce waiting restrictions operating at any time into certain sections of Osborne Road and Rendlesham Road and introduce waiting restrictions operating 8am to 6.30pm Mondays to Saturdays into certain sections of Dunlace Road.
3. Copies of the Order, and of other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order, in the reception area, Directorate of Environment, London Borough of Hackney, Dorothy Hodgkin House, Reading Lane, London, E8 1HJ. 4. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Directorate of Environment at the address specified in paragraph 3 above until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
