Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends to make a final distribution to Creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 27 November 2006, by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator at 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, on or before 27 November 2006, which is the last date for proving claims. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support the Creditor’s claim as the Liquidator deems necessary. Notice is also given that the intended distribution is a final distribution and will be made without regard to any claims not made by the final date for proving claims. All funds remaining in the Liquidator’s hands following the final distribution to Creditors shall be distributed to the Shareholders absolutely.
