THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (PARKING PLACES, ZONE “AA”) ORDER 2006

1.  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 18th October 2006 the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham made the above mentioned order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2.  This Order comes into operation on the 13th November 2006 and the general effect will be as described in the notice of proposal as published in the London Gazette on the 22nd September 2006.
3.  A copy of the Order and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made, at the offices of: Network Management Group, Highways and Engineering Division, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU.
4.  Any person wishing to question the validity of any of the orders or any of the provisions therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 or that any of the relevant requirements has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks of the Order being made, make application for the purpose to the high court.
