(Company Number 01933000) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 21 Old Park View, Enfield, Middlesex EN2 7EG, on 28 September 2006, the subjoined Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Patrick Bernard Harrington of BHG Chartered Accountants, Blandford House, 77 Shrivenham Hundred Business Park, Majors Road, Watchfield, Swindon SN6 8TY, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” E Aldridge, Chairman
