DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE
PARISH OF ST BRIAVELS, COUNTY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by The Hudnalls National Nature Reserve No 1 Declaration 2006 made on 14 September 2006, English Nature declared that the land having a total area of 30.15 hectares or thereabouts, situated in the Parish of St Briavels in the County of Gloucestershire and shown single hatched and shaded yellow on the maps attached to the said Declaration, is being held by English Nature and managed as a nature reserve. This Declaration is additional to the land previously declared, which is shown unhatched and shaded yellow on the attached maps to the Declaration. Certified copies of The Hudnalls National Nature Reserve No 1 Declaration 2006 have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Gloucestershire County Council, Forest of Dean District Council and at the offices of English Nature at Bronsil House, Ledbury and Northminster House, Peterborough.
