Notice is given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of Members and Creditors will be held at the office of DTE Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Hollins Lane, Bury, Greater Manchester BL9 8AT, on 21 September 2006, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote and attend in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. A proxy form must be lodged at DTE House, Hollins Mount, Hollins Lane, Bury, Greater Manchester BL9 8AT, by not later than 12.00 noon on 20 September 2006.
