Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 1 June 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 August 2006, ABID KAZIM, of Limetrees, 2 Blenheim Close, Upper Rissington, near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL54 2QX, a married man and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Mohammed Abid Ali Kazim Khan and assumed the name of Abid Kazim.
