REGALEX FRESH FOODS

Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Shaun Rennison, Carol Rennison, Dean Allan Rennison and John Douglas Clark, carrying on the business of Wholesale Fruit and Vegetable Sales under the style or firm name of Regalex Fresh Foods has been dissolved as from 28 February 2006 so far as concerns John Douglas Clark who retired from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Shaun Rennison, Carol Rennison and Dean Allan Rennison who will continue to carry on the said business in the Partnership under the style or firm name of “Regalex Fresh Foods”.
