In the High Court of Justice  No 10193 of 1999 EUGENE ST JOHN Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Debtor will be held at the offices of David C Knight, 18 Tregarvon Road, London SW11 5QE, on 29 August 2006, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of enabling the Trustee to present a final account showing the manner in which the estate of the Debtor has been concluded and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary.
