(Company Number 04669899) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Spearing Insolvency, Mulberry House, John Street, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire CV37 6UB, on 31 August 2006, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up since 2 November 2004, the date of liquidation, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her stead. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
