DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE

PARISH OF BOTTESFORD

COUNTY OF LEICESTERSHIRE

Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, that by the Muston Meadows National Nature Reserve No 2 Declaration 2006, made on 26 July 2006, English Nature hereby declare that the land having a total area of 29.21 hectares or thereabouts, situated in the parish of Bottesford, in the county of Leicestershire, and shown single hatched and shaded yellow on the map attached to the said Declaration, is the subject of an Agreement entered into with English Nature and is being managed as a nature reserve.
Certified copies of the Muston Meadow National Nature Reserve No 2 Declaration 2006, have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Leicestershire County Council, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA, and Melton Borough Council, Council Offices, Nottingham Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershie LE13 0UL, and at the offices of English Nature, at The Maltings, Wharf Road, Lincolnshire NG31 6BH.
