THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield hereby give notice that they propose to make an Order under section 247 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Schedule 22 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999) (“the Act”) to authorise the stopping-up of that part of the highway in Churchbury Lane, EN1 in the London Borough of Enfield as more particularly defined in the Schedule hereto and shown on Plan No HG/1/Churchbury/l (“the Plan”). If the Order is made the stopping-up will be authorised only in order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Jacqueline Raven, 91 Churchbury Lane, Enfield EN1 3HJ by the London Borough of Enfield on 30 March 2006 under Ref TP/06/0225. Copies of the draft Order and the Plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during the 28 days commencing on 26 July 2006 at the offices of the London Borough of Enfield at Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 3XA and may be obtained, free of charge, from that address quoting Ref HG/1/Churchbury. Any person may object to the making of the proposed Order within the period of 28 days commencing on 26 July 2006 by addressing their objection to the Head of Traffic and Transportation Services, London Borough of Enfield, P.O.
