NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE ALTERATION OF A LOCAL PLAN
MID SUFFOLK LOCAL PLAN FIRST ALTERATION—AFFORDABLE HOUSING POLICIES

On 13 July 2006, Mid Suffolk District Council adopted these proposals. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the area of Mid Suffolk District Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at: Mid Suffolk District Council, 131 High Street, Needham Market, Ipswich, Suffolk IP6 8DL, on Mondays to Fridays 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Also on the Council’s website www.midsuffolk.gov.uk and local libraries in Mid Suffolk, and the main libraries in Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Diss. Copies of the adopted proposals can be obtained on request from the address below. The proposals came into operation on their adoption. Any person aggrieved by the adopted proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 26 July 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
