THE STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAYS (COUNTY OF NORFOLK) (NO 2) ORDER 2006 (VARIATION) ORDER 2006

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under sections 247 and 333 (7) of the above Act to vary the Stopping-Up of Highways (County of Norfolk) (No 2) Order 2006 (“the original Order”) as made by him. The effect of the variation will be to substitute a clearer plan to accompany the original Order. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the East of England (Planning Casework Team), Eastbrook, Shaftesbury Road, Cambridge CB2 2DF (quoting Ref GT/G2625/35/01/17) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of Norwich City Council, City Hall, Norwich NR2 1NH. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 25 July 2006 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
