NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL PLAN
CAMBRIDGE LOCAL PLAN

On 20 July 2006 Cambridge City Council adopted this plan. The adopted plan will form part of the development plan for the area of Cambridge City Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.
Copies of the adopted plan are available for inspection at Planning Department Reception, Second Floor, The Guildhall, Cambridge (Monday to Thursday 9.00 am and 5.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm).
Also available at Cambridge Central Library, Arbury Court Library, Barnwell Road Library, Cherry Hinton Library, Milton Road Library and Rock Road Library during their normal opening hours; and
On the Council’s website www.cambridge.gov.uk.
Copies of the adopted Plan can be obtained on request, on payment of £20.
The plan came into operation on its adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 25 July 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
