(Company Number 4693587) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Barringtons Limited, 570-572 Etruria Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire ST5 0SU, on 25 August 2006, at 2.00 pm, followed at 2.15 pm by a Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted for the period ending 14 July 2006, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and approving the Liquidator’s release from office. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor.
