A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at Trendlewood, Ditchling Common, West Sussex RH15 0SE, on 30 August 2006, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of receiving from the Liquidator an account of the liquidation, how the liquidation has been conducted and how the property of the Company has been disposed of and releasing the Liquidator from office.
