Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends to declare a First and Final Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date for proving. Creditors of the Company are therefore required, on or before 28 July 2006, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their claims as at the date of liquidation, namely 6 July 2001, to Mr T C Evans of Rogers Evans, of 20 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator either by his Solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notices.
