A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose place of business is at 2 Tower Street, London WC2H 9NP, was presented on Tuesday 30 May 2006 by Howard Evans of Park Avenue, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion SY23 1PG, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday 2 August 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
