Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a Second Interim Dividend to unsecured Creditors and employees of the above Company within 4 months as from 22 August 2006. Creditors and employees who have not yet done so are required, on or before 22 August 2006, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to the undersigned, Roderick Michael Withinshaw of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend.
