Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at 31 Burnaby Gardens, Chiswick, London W4 3DR, on Friday 25 August 2006, at 11.00 am, to receive the account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of each Company has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at any of the above-mentioned Meetings may appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote in his stead.
