Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at Phillips & Co, 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, on 6 September 2006, at 11.00 am, 11.15 am, 11.30 am, 11.45 am, 12.00 noon, 12.15 pm, 12.30 pm and 12.45 pm respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-ups of the said Companies has been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Companies.
