P & S VICTORIA CARS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 3 The Quadrant, Coventry CV1 2DY, on Tuesday 1 August 2006, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Company at its registered office at 3 The Quadrant, Coventry CV1 2DY, not later than 12.00 noon on Monday, 31 July 2006. In order to vote at the Meeting, a Creditor must also submit a proof of debt or written statement of claim prior to voting commencing at the Meeting. It is requested that Creditors intending to vote at the Meeting enclose a statement of claim or proof of debt with their proxy form. For the purpose of voting, secured Creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge at the said registered office of the Company before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed. In addition to the appointment of a Liquidator and the establishment of a Liquidation Committee, other Resolutions may be taken at the Meeting, including the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. It may also include the approval of the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. In this respect, a copy of the explanatory note entitled “A Creditors’ guide to Liquidators’ fees” is available. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency, 3 The Quadrant, Coventry CV1 2DY, on 28 July 2006 and 31 July 2006. Creditors should also note that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders has been convened for 1 August 2006, at 10.00 am to pass the following Resolution: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind-up the same and accordingly, that the Company be wound-up and that Gavin Geoffrey Bates and Peter John Windatt of BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency, 3 The Quadrant, Coventry CV1 2DY, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.” By Order of the Board.
