THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (PARKING PLACES, ZONE W) (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 2006

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham on 19 July 2006 made the above Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to re-impose the pay and display/permit holder parking places that lie: (a) on the north-east side of Rylston Road; (i) between Lillie Road and Hugh Dalton Avenue and outside No 2 Hugh Dalton Avenue and No 1 Rylston Road; and (ii) outside Nos 15 to 49 (odd numbers) Rylston Road; and (b) on the south-west side of Rylston Road, outside Nos 68 to 84 (even numbers) Rylston Road and No 1 Sherbrooke Road, so that the Order more accurately reflects the parking places as they apply on the ground. There will be no change to the way the parking places currently operate. 3. A copy of the Order and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made, at the offices of: Network Management Group, Highways and Engineering Division, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9JU. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
