NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL PLAN
BRIDGNORTH DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN 1996-2011

On 19 July 2006, Bridgnorth District Council adopted this Plan. The adopted Plan will form part of the Development Plan for the area of Bridgnorth District Council. The Development Plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted Plan are available for inspection at: Bridgnorth District Council, Westgate, Bridgnorth, Monday to Wednesday and Friday between 8.45 am and 5.00 pm, and Thursday between 8.45 am and 4.00 pm. Public libraries in the district during their normal opening hours. On the Bridgnorth District Council website—www.bridgnorth-dc.gov.uk Copies of the adopted Plan can be obtained on request and on payment of a reasonable charge. The Plan came into operation on its adoption. Any person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and County Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 21 July 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
