LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 17 July 2006, Havelock Fund Investment Pte Limited transferred to Astrea LLC all of the interest held by it in MUST 4 L.P., a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP7566 (the “Partnership”) and that with effect from such date Havelock Fund Investment Pte Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership and Genesis Astrea LLC became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
