In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court  No 3817 of 2006 In the Matter of MATTHEWS MAINTENANCE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Darwen Business Centre, 466 Chester Road, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 9JE, presented on 30 May 2006 by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue, of Somerset House, Strand, London WC2R 1LB, claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 2 August 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
