(t/a The Pine Furniture Studio) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at “Castle View”, 48 Salop Street, Dudley, West Midlands DY1 3AY, on Friday 18 August 2006, at 11.45 am, to be followed at 12.00 noon by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
