A Petition to wind up Muriel McRonald and Robin Christopher Johnson (a Firm) having
its principal place of business at Oxford Hotel, Highbury Vale, Nottingham NG6 9BU,
presented on 6 June 2006 by the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs
(formerly HM Customs and Excise), of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor NW, Queens Dock,
Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard by
the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 2 August 2006, at 1030 hours
(or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support
or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors
in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 1 August
2006.
