Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company and a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Nottingham Watson Ltd., 15 Highfield Road, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 0EL, on 30 August 2006, at 2.30 pm and 2.45 pm respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
