STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAYS (COUNTY OF ESSEX) (NO 6) ORDER 2006

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that, on the application of Mrs Mary Rogers, he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-up of Highways (County of Essex) (No 6) Order 2006” authorising the stopping-up of an area of all-purpose highway land adjoining 2 Ramsey Chase, Latchingdon, Essex to enable the change of use from highway to private garden to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Mrs Mary Rogers by Maldon District Council on 18 April 2005 under Ref FUL/MAL/05/00156. Copies of the Order may be obtained free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the East of England (Planning Casework Team), Eastbrook, Shaftesbury Road, Cambridge CB2 2DF (quoting Ref GT/X1545/35/01/105), and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of Maldon District Council, Princess Road, Maldon, Essex CM9 5DL. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 19 July 2006 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
