THE ISLINGTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 200 
OLD STREET

1. Notice is hereby given that London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 32, 63 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Solo Motorcycles Order would be to provide a solo motorcycle parking place on Old Street, the north-west side, between a point 24 metres north-west of the north-eastern kerbline of Bath Street and a point 42 metres north-east of that kerbline. 3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Order would be to: (a) remove a length of “at any time” waiting restrictions; (b) remove a length of controlled-hours only waiting restrictions; and (c) introduce a 5 metres section of “at any time” waiting restrictions; on the north-west side of Old Street opposite Newland Court, in order to introduce the aforementioned solo motorcycle parking place. 4. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours, until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the following location: Street Management, The Municipal Offices, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1YA.
