Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors will be held at the offices of Mazars LLP, Mazars House, Gelderd Road, Gildersome, Leeds LS27 7JN, on 15 August 2006, at 11.00 am to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place.
