At Extraordinary General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies, duly convened, and held at 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, on 5 July 2006, at 4.00 pm, 4.10 pm and 4.20 pm respectively, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Companies be wound up voluntarily, and that Julia Patricia Vahey of the firm of Benedict Mackenzie, 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Companies for the purpose of the voluntary winding-ups.” M A Hickey, Chairman
