(In Compulsory Liquidation) The winding-up Order was granted on 19 October 2005 in the Manchester County Court  No 2047 of 2005. Notice is hereby given that Geoffrey Michael Weisgard was appointed Liquidator of Maverick Ideas Limited on 20 February 2006. The Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 18 August 2006, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Geoffrey Michael Weisgard of Mitchell Charlesworth, 6th Floor, Brazennose House West, Brazennose Street, Manchester M2 5FE, the Liquidator of the above-named, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts approved. Under section 137(5) Insolvency Act 1986, as amended, I can advise you that it is not my intention to convene a Meeting to seek the appointment of a Creditors’ Committee. However, in accordance with section 141(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, as amended, I will summon such a Meeting to establish a Creditors’ Committee if one-tenth in value of Creditors do so request.
