Notice of Intended Dividends

(In compulsory liquidation) Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare an Interim Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 4 months from 11 August 2006. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 11 August 2006, to send their proofs of debt to Charles Hamilton Turner and David James Waterhouse, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Lennox House, Beaufort Buildings, Spa Road, Gloucester GL1 1XD, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
