In accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 28 June 2006, the entire Limited Parntership interest in Matrix Holborn Limited Partnership (a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with LP10471) registered in the name of Matrix Property Fund Management LLP was assigned to Matrix-Securities Limited. Following this assignment, Matrix Property Fund Management LLP ceased to be a Limited Partner in Matrix Holborn Limited Partnership.
