NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995) that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Village Nurseries (Keyingham) Ltd for consent to discharge a maximum of 8 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent from OS Field 76, Main Road, Thorngumbald into a pond at National Grid Ref TA 2071 2711.
Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to the application should do so in writing quoting Ref R800844 to the Environment Agency, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, for the attention of Peter Baker, not later than 28 August 2006.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the local Environment Agency office at Viking Close, Great Gutter Lane, Willerby, Hull HU10 6DE, on weekdays between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm up to 28 August 2006.
