COLLINS & AIKMAN AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS (ST NEOTS) PENSION SCHEME

Notice is being given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Collins & Aikman Automotive Systems (St Neots) Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) is winding-up. I, Vernon Holgate, Director, Thomas Eggar Trust Corporation Limited, Independent Trustee of the Scheme, require any person interested in, or claiming to be entitled to a benefit from the Scheme, to send to me, at the address given below, within a period of 2 months from the date of this notice, details of such interest or claim. The Scheme entered the Pension Protection Fund’s “assessment period” on 15 July 2005. After 14 September 2006, being the expiration of 2 months from the date of this notice, the Trustee of the Scheme will distribute the assets of the Fund, having regard to the claims of which they have prior written notice, and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 14 September 2006. Any persons who have received Announcements to Members or correspondence within the last 12 months from the Trustees or from Mercer Human Resource Consulting need not reply to this notice.
