The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that, on the application of Pozzoni Design Group, he proposes to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act, which will authorise the proposed stopping-up of unnamed highways off Harmony Street and Woodstock Street, Glodwick, Oldham. If the Order is made, the stopping-up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the reserved matters planning permission granted to West Pennine Housing Association by Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council on 8 December 2005, under Ref PA/050563. Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during the 28 days commencing 14 July 2006 at the offices of Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council, Henshaw House, Cheapside, Oldham and may be obtained, free of charge, from the Government Office for the North West (Planning Casework) (quoting Ref GO/TNW 5083/35/1/122) at the address stated below. Anyone may object to the making of the proposed Order but the objection must be received by the end of the 28-day objection period mentioned above.
