NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL PLAN
MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN 1996-2011

On 12 July 2006 Malvern Hills District Council adopted this plan. The Adopted Plan will form part of the development plan for the area of Malvern Hills District Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land-use planning affecting that area.
Copies of the Adopted Plan are available for inspection at:

Malvern Customer Service Centre and Library, Graham Road, Malvern. Customer Service Centre, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm;
Tenbury Area Office, Pump Rooms, Teme Street, Tenbury, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm; and
Upton Library, School Lane, Upton, Monday, 1.30 pm to 8.00 pm, Tuesday-Closed, Wednesday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, Thursday-Closed, Friday to Saturday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Copies of the Adopted Plan can be obtained on request on payment of £50.00 plus £5.00 postage and packing from the Malvern Customer Service Centre.

The Plan came into operation on 12 July 2006. Any person aggrieved by the adopted plan who desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 14 July 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
