OLDHAM METROPOLITAN BOROUGH UNITARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
On 14 July 2006, Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council adopted this plan with modifications.
The adopted plan will form the development plan for the area of Oldham Metropolitan
Borough Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning
affecting that area. Copies of the adopted plan are available for inspection at:

Friday mornings, Tuesday afternoon and all day Thursday. Delph library is closed Monday
and Wednesday all day, Tuesday and Thursday morning and Friday afternoon. Limehurst
is closed all day Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

628 2679. The plan came into operation on its adoption. A person aggrieved by the
plan who desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the
powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any
requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with
in relation to the adoption of the plan, may, within 6 weeks from 14 July 2006, make
an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
