NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF A DRAFT STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Devon County Council has produced for consultation a Draft Statement of Community Involvement which outlines community involvement in the preparation of the various documents which will comprise the Devon County Minerals and Waste Development Framework, and in the consideration of those planning applications for which it is the determining authority. Copies of the Draft Statement of Community Involvement are available for inspection during normal office hours at: Devon County Council, Lucombe House, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter. Representations on the Draft Statement of Community Involvement should be made on the Comment Form, and sent to the Minerals and Waste Policy Team, Environment Economy & Culture Directorate, Devon County Council, Lucombe House, County Hall, Exeter, EX2 4QW. The deadline for comments is Thursday 31 August 2006. Those making representations should state whether they wish to be notified at a specific address that the Statement of Community Involvement has been submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination, and of the adoption of the Statement of Community Involvement.
