If the Order is made, the stopping-up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to Jones Homes (Southern) Ltd, Mayfield V, Bodiam Drive, St Leonard’s-on-Sea TN38 9TW, on 11 October 2005 by Hastings Borough Council, under Ref HS/FA/05/00625.
Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during the 28 days commencing on 14 July 2006 at the Hastings Library, Brassey Institute, 13 Claremont, Hastings and may be obtained, free of charge, from the Surrey, East and West Sussex Transport Team, Government Office for the South East (quoting Ref GOSE/029/001/ESUS/AAG) at the address below.

Please bear in mind that any objections received will be passed to the applicant and other people affected by it. The applicant or their representative may contact the objector directly to try to resolve the objection. The substance of the objection should relate to the loss of public right of way and not the merits of development taking place.
General enquiries relating to this notice may be made in writing to Sisi Omu at the Government Office for the South East at the address stated above or by telephoning 01483 882354. Please note that formal objections will not be valid unless made in writing.
