DIVERSION INSURANCE (TIMBER) ASSOCIATION LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that Graeme Gadsby and Phillip Sykes of Moore Stephens LLP, of 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2DH, the Joint Liquidators of Diversion Insurance (Timber) Association Limited, intend to make the First and Only Distribution to Creditors. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claim to the Joint Liquidators on or before 12 September 2006, the last date for proving. Thereafter the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person whose debt has not been proved by that date. It should be noted that the Directors of the Company have made a Statutory Declaration that they have made a full inquiry into the affairs of the Company and that they are of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of 12 months from the date of Liquidation.
