NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of the Duchy of Lancaster, as nominee for Her Majesty in Right of Her Majesty’s Duchy of Lancaster, in whom the property and rights of Kirkby Dance and Drama Academy Limited (Company Number 04386686) (“the Company”) vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on 8 February 2005, hereby disclaims the title of Her Majesty in Right of Her Majesty’s Duchy of Lancaster (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 21 March 2003 and made between Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (1) and Kirkby Dance and Drama Academy Limited (2) of land situated on the corner of Lifton Road/Minstead Avenue, Kirkby, Merseyside, as the same is delineated on a plan held by the Solicitor for the Affairs of the Duchy of Lancaster (which is available for inspection at the office of Farrer & Co, 66 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2A 3LH), the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 23 June 2006.
