Final Meetings

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Prospect House, 2 Athenaeum Road, London N20 9YU,on Friday 1 September 2006, at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them and receiving a report from the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator acts dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Prospect House, 2 Athenaeum Road, London N20 9YU, by 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meetings.
