THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (FREE PARKING PLACE) (DISABLED PERSONS) (NO ) ORDER 200 
THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 200 
ST JOHN’S WOOD HIGH STREET

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

lengthen the “Pay and Display” parking place outside Nos 63, 65 and 67 St John’s Wood High Street by one bay;
relocate and slightly lengthen a “Blue Badge” disabled parking place from outside No 67 and 71 St John’s Wood High Street, to outside No 71 St John’s Wood High Street;
extend the length of the “Blue Badge” disabled parking place outside No 138 St John’s Wood High Street; and
correct minor anomalies between on-street markings and existing Orders.

3. The proposed Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, quoting Ref 5144/GM, by 4 August 2006. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
