WILTON CRESCENT

1. Notice is hereby given that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Orders would be to: reduce the length of the residents’ parking place outside No 9-15 Wilton Crescent by 9 metres; extend the residents’ parking place outside Nos 1-5 Wilton Crescent by 9 metres; relocate the diplomatic parking place from outside Nos 6, 7 and 8 Wilton Crescent to a new location outside Nos 8, 9 and 10 Wilton Crescent. 3. The proposed Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s agents, West One, telephone 020 7798 1975. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, quoting Ref 5131/GM, by 4 August 2006.
