THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO 189) ORDER 2006

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hounslow on 10 July 2006 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part 1V of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Amendment Order will be further to amend the Hounslow (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977 so that waiting by vehicles will be prohibited “at any time” throughout the week in the lengths of Osterley Road, Isleworth and of Addison Avenue, Colwyn Crescent and Tennyson Road, Hounslow as specified in the Schedule to this notice. 3. A copy of the Order, which come into operation on 17 June 2006 together with a copy of the above-mentioned Order of 1977 and of a map which indicated the lengths of road to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at the Forms and Documents Counter at the Access Hounslow Main Reception Area at the Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN. 4. A copy of the Order may be purchased from the Street Management and Public Protection Department, London Borough of Hounslow, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, TW3 4DN. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Addison Avenue, Hounslow, the south-west side, between the south-eastern kerbline Tennyson Road and a point 10 metres south-east of that kerbline. Colwyn Crescent, Hounslow: (a) the north-west to south-east arm, the south-west side, between a point opposite the party wall of Nos 18 and 20 Colwyn Crescent and its junction with the north-east to south-west arm of Colwyn Crescent; (b) the north-east to south-west arm, the north side, between its junction with the north-west to south-east arm of Colwyn Crescent and a point 2 metres north-east of a point opposite the party wall of Nos 38 and 40 Colwyn Crescent.
